Caesar Salad Recipe

In a small bowl,(ie. the one that comes with hand blenders)
Add:

1 egg and whip slightly,
Add:
a thin stream of oil to the egg and continue whipping, incorporating the oil slowly till the consistency becomes like mayonnaise. (The oil that you are adding can vary from 1/2 to 1 cup)

To this mixture add:

2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 ½ tsp white sugar
2-3 crushed garlic cloves
½ tsp El-Ma-Mia Lemon Pepper
½ tsp hot horseradish (optional)
Continue to whip all the ingredients together.
Refrigerate.

3 strips of crisp bacon, crumbled

1 cup caesar croutons

¼ cup parmesan cheese

Add dressing to clean Romaine lettuce broken into small pieces. Stir well.

Top with bacon bits, croutons and parmesan cheese.
