Tasty Hashbrown Potatoes
Hashbrown potatoes These can be made from fresh cut potatoes or cooked leftover potatoes either boiled or baked. Serves: 4 Time of cooking: about 30 minutes Preparation: 5 minutes Ingredients: 2 tbsp vegetable oil 2 tbsp butter 4 medium size potatoes 1 tsp El-Ma-Mia B.B.Q. spices 1/2 tsp El-Ma-Mia Lemon Pepper spices
Cut the potatoes in about 1 inch cubes. In a large frying pan, put oil and butter and heat on med/high heat.
Add the potatoes into the hot oil/butter mixture (if you are using the raw potatoes it will take longer to cook), and sprinkle the spices all over them without stirring too much.
To get the perfect crunchy potatoes you need to let them cook on their own for a while without letting them burn .. make sure your heat is not too high once they start to brown.
