Lobster Supreme

Suggestion: Prepare your butter first
Product used: El-Ma-Mia Fish and Seafood Special Mix

Serves: 2
Time to prepare : 15 minutes
Time cooking : 8 minutes
Price : expensive
Difficulty : easy

Ingredients for garlic butter:

½ cup of soft butter
2 tsp El-Ma-Mia Fish and Seafood Mix
¼ cup of fresh chopped parsley
Mix all ingredients together. Ready to serve

2 whole fresh lobsters
2 chopped green onions tails
Dry white wine
El-Ma-Mia Fish & Seafood Spice Mix

Preparation:

Cut lobster in two lengthwise.
Remove the small bag close to the head and the tail vein.
Remove the green liver, put aside.
Make openings in claws and joints, remove the meat. (Do not remove the tail meat)
Cut in small pieces and mix with the green liver.
Fill the two halves with the mix.
Deposit on a plate, flesh upwards.

Brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle dry white wine.
Slightly powder with El-Ma-Mia Fish and Seafood Spice Mix.
Place oven rack at about 6 inches from top.
Cook in oven 5 min at 450F then broil for 3 to 4 minutes.
