Meatballs recipe (for the spaghetti sauce)

3 lbs lean ground beef
1 egg
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp onion flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp allspices
1 tbsp El-Ma-Mia spaghetti spices
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup of oats - +

In a large mixing bowl, blend the meat, soya sauce and the egg, then add all the spices, then the oats. Mix them well together with your hands.With a tablespoon take an amount of mixture and roll it between the palm of your hands to make a rounded ball. Repeat the same for all the meat.

Drop the meatballs into your simmering spaghetti sauce (see recipe in list) one by one slowly till they are all in. Bring your sauce back to simmering gently.Stir them in slowly so you don't break them apart before they start to cook.Let them simmer with your sauce as long as you need to cook the sauce stirring occasionally. ( 3-4 hours )
