Vegetable Rice Recipe

Rice:

2 cups of instant rice
2 cups of hot water
1 tsp beef bouillon
1 tsp chicken bouillon

Bring water to a boil in a covered pot. Add the rice, beef bouillon and chicken bouillon, stir well and cover. Shut off the heat and let it stand for at least 5 minutes before you add to the vegetables.

Vegetables:

1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup grated carrots
1 cup of chopped mushrooms
1 tsp El-Ma-Mia barbecue spices
1/2 tsp El-Ma-Mia lemon pepper
1/2 cup of green onions

In a large frying pan, add oil and let heat slightly. Add onions and celery and cook for 3 minutes. Add the carrots and mushrooms in the center, let cook for another 5 minutes stirring frequently.
Pour in rice. Turn the heat off.
Add the soy sauce and stir in until well mixed.
Sprinkle barbecue spices and lemon pepper, stir.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the green onions. Serve.
